How do I import a recipe?
Copy the link to a cooking video on TikTok or Instagram, then paste it into Chompo (or use the share sheet to send it to Chompo). The recipe is extracted into ingredients and steps and saved to your library.
Which apps and links are supported?
Chompo works with cooking videos from TikTok and Instagram. It works best with videos that clearly show or describe a recipe.
A recipe didn't import correctly. What can I do?
Every recipe is fully editable — you can fix ingredient amounts, edit steps, and add notes. If a video has no clear recipe in it, Chompo may not be able to extract one.
How do grocery lists work?
Add recipes to your grocery list and Chompo combines duplicate ingredients and groups them, so you have one clean list for the store.
Where are my recipes stored?
Your saved recipes live in your Chompo library on your device and account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
How much does Chompo Premium cost?
Chompo Premium is $9.99 / month or $39.99 / year, and both plans start with a 3-day free trial. Prices may vary by region — the exact price is shown in the App before you confirm.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased on the App Store are managed in your Apple ID settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can cancel there at any time.
What devices does Chompo work on?
Chompo is an iPhone app and requires iOS 17 or later.
How do I delete my data?
